Spa Returns :

Cash refunds or credit refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. Spa Belles will accept returns on most merchandise purchased at this location within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Spa Belles cannot accept returns on open/used cosmetics, fragrances, worn garments/footwear, sale items, and individual items from a purchased set.

Canceling & Modifying Orders :

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact customer service via contact us or call a spa consultant at any of our locations.
